Trident killer help

So I have a massive creeper farm in bedrock relying on 4 trident killers above glass panes for xp flow. However my tridents keep falling through. Is it possible to have a trident killer that still allows xp to flow through and stay operational? I can’t figure out how to bypass them falling and still get Xp through.
