This is me using the tips following the post and response I got from a tips question. Thanks so much on the feedback, so here's the story of me using them to make my first trip far north.

Me and a good buddy decided to do a Far East survival game, so we started in geuten, got health pots, and ran.

Next we went up to worthington. We got some more basic supplies, and we quickly went north.

Ne t stop was coke castle. We got a lot of really good materials there. We now had at least half chain armour and I had stone tools while he had an iron sword. We ran into a horde, which we averted with a snowball and ran.

Next stop, aeternalis cathedral. We stocked up on health pots and ran into a few hordes. We got to the two nearest forts, rockwood and forthwind. Here we finished off our armour supply and weapon stock and left for the northern mushroom of pileus. We stocked up on food, ran into some zombies, and as I shot an arrow to kill one, he accidentally ran in front of the line of fire, and had an arrow lodged in his head. He plumetted from the mushroom and died.

But, lucky spawns do happen. He spawned right south of me near Seans. We decided to need up at afaya, and we set off for roseluck island.

We were in desperate need of tools, food, and health, so we got these, and fortunately, two buttons. We decided to head off towards grayvale, and we got plenty of weapons here.

With these stocked up materials, we headed of towards. Gnome island, finding the island house on our way. Nothing much was there, but it was serene.

We went next to zerbia. The map said low zombie spawn rate, but that's an understatement. I met two hordes in the dark maze of a hallway, and I reduced the health supply to two potions and the arrow supply up to five stacks. We also managed two zombie pigmen, which we shot.

I decided next I wanted to try my luck. I felt bold, I trusted everything. My player kill count was at 1 and my player seen count was at one. Well, I saw two people at roseluck, but we server switched quickly at their request. At al hasa, I had but full chain, one of each sword untill iron tier, and a default bow, when a clan with all iron and diamond swords destroyed me and my friend. Just like that, two hits, bandits can fuck up five hours of work and progress.

So I guess now I realize why people hate bandits so much. You work so hard, have a goal in mind, and you work towards it for so long, only to see a clan destroy it before your very eyes.
