Iāve seen comments saying that they could achieve P-waves just from light flexes throughout their day, and I just wanna know how you were able to achieve this.
Iāve been doing Mindgasm now for about 2 years, and Iāve had a good handful of orgasmic experiences, but have yet to achieve this ability to just summon pleasure waves just like that from light flexes!
Usually, right before I go to bed, Iāll listen to the ālong workoutā pretty much nightly so Iām getting a session in, and sometimes those sessions can lead to really strong P-waves!
Are you listening to a specific audio daily like that? Do you really use the app anymore at all??
