Wondering if I’m in the right track

Post Body

I just picked up on this app again after having lost touch with it months ago. I tried the first three lessons and followed the instructions to the best of my ability but found I was struggling to isolate the base and center during the lessons. Like I couldn’t figure out what sensation I was supposed to be looking for.

Afterward, while browsing this sub for advice I stumbled across one thread that suggested the center was like flexing an erection. As I read through replies I started gently flexing my penis, contracting the muscles gently, not forcing anything, and suddenly started feeling that tingling sensation there. I noticed also that I was able to focus more on isolating that sensation from the base, which wasn’t moving at all. But when I wore myself out flexing my center I could feel a pressure in my base. After feeling that pressure I was able to really feel every base flex without a single twitch from my center.

Is this normal and what I’m supposed to be sensing? Am I on the right track??
