I've been doing just the "5- minute", "and 25- minute" workouts almost daily now for about two weeks, and have been treating lessons and other sessions pretty much just as meditations. Basically trying to train my brain to stop expecting pleasure every time I do a session, or one of the workouts, and I think it's starting to pay off?
I was weirdly aroused pretty much all day yesterday, and took that as a good opportunity to do yet another workout right before bed (25 minute workout specifically) Just feeling my source, center, and base as the workout played through. Sure enough after the workout ended I spent a short bit just listening to the ambient music, and doing slow, and controlled "squeezes" of my source to about a level 4 or 5, and just focusing on my source as a whole. Causing me to get more and more aroused and feeling better, and better! Finally started experiencing shivers, and pulses of pleasure rushing to my base, center, source, etc... Making me thrust my hips a good bit, some soft moans, and feeling like my erection was on fire! This went in for about 15-20 minutes until dying down.
Then I did a light center flex (about at 2 or 3) and felt the all too familiar feeling of an orgasm building, and like I was going to explode all over myself but didn't! It just felt really good, but no ejaculation, just the intense feeling of an approaching orgasm. Plenty of precum though! More waves of pleasure as well.
Still feeling really good this morning, and I'll monitor the feeling throughout the day, but more importantly, not trying to force anything.
Just sort of an experience I felt like I'd share!
