Hey all! Recently purchased the Patreon so I can experience the locked lessons, and rides and such, and was curious as to everyone else's listening frequency with them. I've been listening/ using "the secret muscle" the past couple days which has yielded some very pleasurable results and sensations, but I wonder if I'm doing this right?

Should I listen to a specific lesson over and over again until I feel that I have a handle on whatever the lesson is trying to teach? Should I bounce around and experiment with others, or should I do them in order?

I know everyone is different, but do you guys and gals have a go-to lesson/ ride that you listen to to achieve orgasm??
