I’ve been weight training since July. I’ve the last 14 months I have lost 25kg and after I stopped losing I discovered mind pump. Quickly realised I needed to reverse diet and did so. Over time I went from 1500 to 2500 calories a day and was gaining muscle and losing fat according to body scans. When I went up to 2800 I started gaining fat so am back down to 2500. Where do I go from here? I would love to get to under 15% bf but don’t want to do what I have done in the past and ruin my metabolism. Pls halp
