Question about Anabolic.

So I’ve run MAPS Anabolic before, on a cut. In fact I just ran Anabolic and Performance on calorie deficits.

I’m at a point now where I’ve lost enough weight, I can’t keep dropping calories and I want to get stronger. I’ve never done a proper bulk. I have pretty good form on the exercises so in that way I’m not a beginner. I am, however, weak lol. I’m in week 2 of phase 1 of MAPS Aesthetic right now and I love the programming but my question is… if strength is my goal should I maybe try Anabolic in a bulk instead? I’m a 37 year old man and I struggle with 135 on the bench so my baseline strength is not good.

Does this seem reasonable? I know Aesthetic is a great program but I’m thinking Anabolic makes more sense for my current goals and maybe Aesthetic would be better later on.
