I do not like plain eggs on anything (really makes breakfast difficult) except on a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese from most chains. The sandwich from Saint Louis Bread Company was exceptionally good. I'm saying Saint Louis Bread Company, instead of Panera, because the bacon, egg, and cheese from the same chain anywhere outside of Saint Louis (or at least on Saint Louis University's campus) is, for whatever reason, not done the same. I have tried to replicate the sandwich but using the obvious ingredients is simply not enough. Does anyone know how to make this sandwich?
