Hey there fellow "Millenials". I turned 13 during Y2K and the flip from 1999-2000. I was in 9th grade, during P.E (classroom day) when our teacher came in and said "I've been instructed not to turn on the T.V." she then turned on the T.V. just in time for us to see the second plane hit. I was enlisted in an officer training school shortly after. In 2002-2005 I watched my friends come back with less limbs and severe mental health issues. I refused to give up my Canadian citizenship so I spent those years learning and training for nothing. In 2007 I lost my business to the first recession. In 2009 my fiance died from getting hit by a drunk mosquito truck driver. In 2012 my first love became schizophrenic and resides in a mental facility. I haven't met another possible mate that isn't toxic. Skipping ahead, at the end of 2019 I was criminal defense counsel running a little firm. I had my new charger, my apartment on the beaches and great credit. I remember saying on new year "all I need is for everything to stay the same". March 15th 2020 the pandemic shut all the courts down. not to mention everything else. That was the last straw, I've been trudging through life since. Now, keep in mind before I finally ask the question that I've left an enormous amount of trauma and disastrous toxic people that littered my life. So my question; HAS EVERYONE'S LIFE BEEN THIS DIFFICULT?
