I see post after post about millennials complaining about inability to buy a home, and how unfair and not their fault it is. I remember all of my friends telling me a decade ago when I bought a home how dumb it was. "why would you move out of the city to newark, ew" "the maintenance will bankrupt you" "the home value will never go up there" "youll never be able to sell that home there" "the burbs are just the worst, how could you" "gas prices" "owning isn't worth it" "my blah had a house and a thing broke and it was expensive" etc....
Anyone bold enough to admit that you were wrong and had a flawed plan?
