Millennials: how often do you eat vegetables and fruits?
Post Flair (click to view more posts with a particular flair)
Post Body
It is a common stereotype that millennials do not eat fruits and vegetables, or at least not the recommended combined 5 servings per day of fruit vegetables.
Do you?
Comments
Definitely not enough fruit but I always get my veggies in (ok except today but I have the stomach flu). Fruit is just so damn expensive and goes bad so quickly. I eat a banana or apple most days but thatโs about it. Definitely something Iโd like to work on!
