I am currently taking my prerequisites and applying to ABSN programs, but my time management is not what it used to be. I work 40 hours a week and I have three online classes and one in person class and I’m on a keto weight loss journey with CrossFit it’s just a lot more than I planned, so far school is going well. I have all A’s but balancing workout time and meal prep time and work and side hustling is not going the way I want it to. Sometimes I only make it to the gym once a week and most of the time I do all my homework on the weekends with meal prepjust not happening. I’m confident I gained back all 7 pounds I lost in January but I’m too ashamed to look What can I do to do better? How can I regain control of my life in all aspects?
