I'm about to turn 35 and considering a career change. I've been selling residential real estate for the past almost 10 years now and I love it but now is probably a time to acquire some other skills just in case the real estate market continues to implode.
I'm starting to consider what's important to me. Since I've worked for myself for the past decade, I can't imagine going back to a workplace where I'm stuck being around people I don't want to interact with. I would love to find a skill where I can work atleast partially remote, maybe grow a manbun and stay in a hostel doing work on my macbook pro in South America or something.
I live in St. Pete, Florida and I plan on staying here as my home base. I also have most of my GI Bill left to use so that could come in handy. What are some options?
