In the army reserves if I found out another unit was going to get deployed, could I transfer in?

Basically title. Am entering the US army but undecided on active or reserves (mainly to finish college). If I enter the reserves and decided it was worth deploying, would I be able to assuming they had a need for someone with my MOS?
