Mentioning a Potential DQ Condition If Not Diagnosed?

So there is a condition that I suspect I have and have been treated with OTC treatments and for the most part does not get in my way with life. A bit ago I got some anxiety from a traumatic event (which I have recovered from), and mentioned I had a condition, but never got formally diagnosed with. Do non-diagnosed conditions that are mentioned in doctors notes influence DQ or only diagnosed issues? I am looking at AF or Navy to be commissioned as an officer. Thanks
