Enlisting Should I delay enlisting into Army Active Duty due to an injury?

I had a knee injury about a month ago which still hasnt healed up. Orinally it was painful to walk short distance or when i was my feet all day. Then it was intermitant. I couldnt tell when it would come or go. Somedays i could run, others it was too painful. After a while, i figured it was inflamattion (spelling i know). Then after going to urgent care, they gave me ibuprofen 800. The pain now is occationally when on my feet or walking long distances, but mainly when resting my knee at a 90 degree agle or less. It would be painful to get up or walk, but still feel better after a while. I also have wrist injury from twisting it, but this happened after my knee. It seem to be the same type of injury. Sinetimes if i move it hurts or if it bent back like im doing push ups, it will hurt. But i havent actually tried pushups yet.

My plan was to wait after i finished the medicine to see if it completely goes away before making a decision. But im worried it wont help. I also want to save up to get an MRI if it doesnt. Will the military allow that in basic? Can I still tske ibenprophen or should I just wait for now?
