Should I let my recruiter know I'm trans?
Post Body
I'm 23, afab, but pre everything. I'm unlabeled as of now, but leaning towards non binary. It's a recent development, but I know I want at least top surgery, but am unsure about bottom, or hrt.
Should I let my recruiter know since I begin the talks, or should I wait to get in and get an official diagnosis?
