Mostly looking for ARMY/Air Force answers!

I won't go into too much detail, but I was SAd at around 6/7/8 ish and again at 16 ish. I've done a lot of healing since then and have gotten tons better, but I'm still not over certain things. Particularly being nude around others.

I'm afab, and pre everything, so I know if I do end up joining, I'll be showering with the ladies. Problem is, one of the assaults was by a girl, so I'm pretty uncomfortable being naked around anyone.

I know they're communal showers, but how are the lay outs? Are there curtains? Cubicles? Do you have to get dried and dress in like a locker area? Are there any exceptions or options for pre everything trans folk when it comes to showers?
