How to get the most out a DITY MOVE

Hello I’m PCS’ing to Alaska in December and im curious to know how can I milk the DITY move…my NCOS told me there’s a way to do it with cement bags but they wouldn’t tell me how exactly to do it..lol any advice? Or a different way
