It really is broad term, I very much agree with you. Some places used to be or still are toxic about the term âclone correctâ. God forbid you put a Surefire light, a BCM grip or Magpul stock on your Block II, or even autistically down to forge markings and location origin of manufacturing*.
My point was more so making fun of how much we ourselves are willing to locate and buy an item that costs an arm and a leg for the sake of âclone correctnessâ. As OP said the MI one is the same in look, function, and is much cheaper than the KAC one. Itâs like difference between buying the $80 B5 SOPMOD enhanced stock that already has a QD mount compared to the $100 LMT SOPMOD and this KAC QD mount.
