Hi everyone, my best friend lives in Germany and his birthday is coming up. I've talked with his wife and I want to send him my vz 33 czech bayonet as a gift.
I wanted to ask if that's even possible. And if so, due to customs, what is the best way to go about it?
I know it costs more than 150€ but I bought it at a garage sale years ago and don't have a receipt for it.
Would it be better to state it costs 130€ so they don't have to pay such a huge import tax?
Anyone have any experience with shipping bayonet to Germany?
Edit: shipping from the US.
They have an adress in Germany and Czechia, if it would be easier to ship to another country
