MIL moved halfway across the country to same city as partner baby and I, in with an unvaccinated roommate and expects to see the baby every day

My partner wanted her to move in with us and I hard vetoed it. So now she moved here, in with my partner's old best friend who is a fucking mentaloid and antivaxxer to boot. Partner expects free childcare from MIL despite being the stay at home parent (I work and pay all bills) so he can 'work on the house' and MIL expects to spend the rest of her life being paid to watch my son whilst living with an unvaccinated maniac and refusing to accept any government assistance i.e. Snap, medicaid, unemployment. I'm at my wits end.
