I have been stuck on this level for a year. Nothing I do works. And they have a hero that’s not in their lineup

So I have. Been stuck on rondo chapter 3 9/40 I have been trying for a year and nothing Working. It’s the flower hero that destroys me but they also have groot which is not in its line up.
The best I got was to round 30 and their health to 200 this is bs
