Miele combi steam oven installation question

My wife purchased a Miele 7840 AM combi steam oven and the installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. I have two main questions. It shows large cut outs for venting in the back and bottom of the cabinet but doesn’t really say how much space is needed. Second, is the back side of the frame supposed to sit flush with the cabinet box or is the front face of the unit supposed to be flush with the cabinet box frame?

I’m installing it in an island below a counter top. And there is a full cabinet behind it
