I embraced this task because I really didn't like the big chunk of metal of the originar banner of Minas Tirith, so I replaced it with a brass rod and a thin piecr of plastic which I cut and bent with some heat.
Still some paintwork left to do, but the final result is more or less achieved.
Yes, it has that Neanderthal-looking face, not sure it is entirely my fault, the skulpt has this big heavy eyebrows arch...
