Creating a Q&A list

Hi all!
I'm trying to create a custom list for transcribing Q&As, but I have specific formatting to respect. I would like it to look like this:
Q. A. (Repeating forever)
But I also need a specific font and spacing following the period.
I've tried creating a custom multilevel list, but I can't get it to loop back to Q.
Any help would be appreciated!
