Basically what the title says. Word is making any comments I leave in the doc bold and I don't know why. I use the font tools to remove the bold, but if I save the doc, close it, and open it, they're bold again. I've tried googling fixes but everything I'm finding is about how to make comments bold, or bolding issues within the main text of the doc itself. I'm an editor so utilize the Comment function a lot, and I'm pretty sure my clients will have meltdowns if all the comments are bold. I will say my company updated some of my software and then this started happening, so I'm guessing that might have played a role, but anything that won't force me to have IT uninstall/reinstall would be awesome.
