How to switch from a type of quotation mark to the other

Sorry if the terms are not correct, I'm not english. I'm talking about the " and « type of quotation mark. I need to use both and most of the time, I'm just using and autocorrect method by typing something else and replacing it with "

However today I did... something, don't know what, that replace one by the other. I didn't get in the option so it probably was some kind of shortcut but my « got replace by " and I couldn't change it. I had to restart.

Do you know how to do that ? I could be really useful.
