MS Teams - No devices detected/ Custom setup forced
Post Body

Hi Everyone,

I hope this finds you well.

I have encountered this really aggravating issue on my MS teams where I cannot change the audio/webcam settings at all because they do not ''exist''.

I can't make test calls from settings, it just goes blank.
Hpwever, when I call from my phone to my teams number, speakers register the sound but the microphone doesn't work.

I even tried to do a conference with my mobile, my teams and a work colleague but then it drops my mobile number out of the call for some reason.

I tried to :

- reboot

- uninstall mic and reboot

- uninstall / reinstall Teams

-deleted cache both pre-reinstall and after

- check Microphone Permissions in Windows 10 settings

- update drivers

- use Audio Troubleshooter (no issue)

Does anyone have the same issue or any other idea ?
