Sometimes my mic will work, but not my headset. Then my headset will work, but not my mic. Using Hyperx II.

Hey everyone. I just recently purchased a wireless headset, Hyperx Cloud II, and everything was working perfect with Teams on Friday, but now having major issues today.

Sometimes when I join a call, I can hear everyone, but they can't hear me; then I'll rejoin, they can hear me, but I can't hear them.

By all intents and purposes, EVERYTHING is configured how it should be. I called my Help Desk and they are remotely doing everything I've already done.

I've even updated Teams and also we hard reset my computer. Nothing.

Does anyone have any clue? I can't update the drivers since this is a work computer and that is disabled.

I'm literally about to tear my hair out.
