How To Leave a "Team" I've Been Added To As A Guest?

I do not have a Microsoft account, do not want a microsoft account. I have been added as a "guest" to a "team" by a spammer and I want to remove my email. The subject of the email looks like this:
You have been added as a guest to tboo7020 in Microsoft Teams
The email came from: [email protected]
Google has a method of unsubscribing by simply replying to the Google Group email. Does Microsoft teams have a similar unsubscribe function?
