Just a PSA that (in the US at least) there are no game pass quests today (play a game pass game, earn an achievement). They presumably will start again tomorrow.
Today is Monday, not Tuesday. There will be quests on Tuesday.
In 2024, October 1st falls on a Tuesday.
This means the first few days of October 2024 are:
- Tuesday, October 1st
- Wednesday, October 2nd
- Thursday, October 3rd
- Friday, October 4th
- Saturday, October 5th
- Sunday, October 6th
- Monday, October 7th
October 7th is the first Monday that occurs in the month.
The first day of a month can fall on any day of the week, so the date of the first Monday can vary. In months where the 1st is a Monday, the first Monday would be on the 1st. In this case, because October 1st, 2024 is a Tuesday, we have to wait until the 7th for the first Monday to occur.
The first day of the month has nothing to do with it. October 7th is the first Monday of this month so there are no quests today.

There are never quests on the first Monday of each month. You'll have to ask Microsoft why that is.
