I don’t know if anyone else can relate but Microsoft Rewards has helped my mental health a lot through giving me some form of structure. I’m a severely depressed, autistic and unable to do most forms of work and school due to this. So when I learned about rewards it gave me something to do and work towards rather than just spending my days at home doing nothing but rotting away. I could get up eat breakfast then sit on my Xbox doing daily rewards, doing weekly game pass quests and the Microsoft jewel challenge. It wasn’t much but it was at least something. There isn’t much point to this post but I wanted to share my story and experience with rewards. Best of luck to everyone and stay safe :)
