Is support stupid?

I contacted support and theyre no help. They gave me the wrong info. I can't use my points it asks for verification through email or phone I used either one and the verification never sends. It claims it doesn't have my phone number but it's one of the options I have to send the verification and the number is correct. They also claimed I am not in the right region but im in California of USA I have done this multiple times and never had this issue. Is this happening for everyone or is support stupid?
