How to take 2 outlook attachments and rename them

Hi all, I am trying to grab 2 attachments from an automated email and save them as something else in sharepoint, something static.
For example the emails are ABC_Yesterdaysdate.csv and OMG_Yesterdaysdate.csv and I just want them to be saved as ABC.csv and OMG.csv, overwriting the previous data.
Any idea?

I'm a total noob idiot and at first Glace this does not make any sense but I'll give it a try, not sure it works for multiple attachments.
