SharePoint table query options

Hi everyone, after some advice, have a MS form that multiple people enter data into from tablets, then a supervisor can access the excel output and create reports. Looking to modify this to a SharePoint table and add some sort of lookup function, ideally another form where you can select variables and the data will display, don’t want to permit access to the raw data if can be avoided. Also would love to automate the report side Any suggests on the best way to do any of the above. Many thanks.
