Licensing question
Post Body

Hi r/MicrosoftFlow!,

I am currently considering moving some of our paper processes at work into digital processes. I thought I would start off by creating a way to manange leave approvals. This is currently a paper process, moved around the office from desk to desk for approval and processing.

I want to use a business process flow to replace this paper process.

If I want to build something like this, where any user in the company can initiate the flow, then their manager approves the leave, then the staff in accounts get the approved leave notification, who do I need to license?

All of my staff?

Only my managers who approve leave?

Only myself as the creator of the business process flow?

Thanks
