Hey guys, I posted here a few days ago asking if there is a way to insert data in to Excel online using forms. Well, I'm still on this project, but i'm facing a different problem.

I'd like to have flow receive names and emails from a list, then email that list along with an approval flow, which will let the user select one of the options in the dropdown menu INSIDE the email, and when the user hits approve, it will send an email to the selected user in the menu.

I am using Cognitorforms which is not that bad honestly, and I haven't found a better alternative for what i'm trying to do yet. I figured out the Excel part which was pretty easy. I'll be happy to share what I've done if anyone's interested.
