I want to create a flow that when a form is submitted, it will create a new row in Excel online and insert the data from the form in that row.
Post Body

Hey guys, I work as an IT support at a company and I've been assigned the task to automate some things. The procedure is as follows: A clinician has a session with a client to figure out what his or her needs are. The clinician submits a form, requesting certain care for the client. The person receiving the form assigns a case manager to that client to help with the request.

What we're doing currently is using Cognito forms which upon submission, will send an email template to the person who assigns case managers. Then he or she forwards the email to the assigned case manager and then the case manager goes to an Excel online sheet to write updates as she's progressing with the case.

I would like to not use Cognito forms if possible, and I would like the person who assigns case managers, to not have to forward the email and instead, choose a case manager through the form which will then create the new row in the Excel spreadsheet with the assigned case managers name and all the other information from the form.

Is there any way to achieve this?
