I am trying to find answers to this question but all searches end up only providing answers to automatically handling data from submitted forms or sending emails or whatever.

I am looking to create a flow that will automatically submit my answers to a form every week.

For background and clarity, I am being sent a form I have to submit each and every week with the same data every time. It's not really important what, but essentially it's an opt in system which I want to opt into every week (terrible design I know, but it's not my system, so what can you do?).

I get fed up of having to submit this form every week and now and again life happens and I forget. So I reasoned that surely power automate would have a way to automatically populate a form and submit it.

Can I find out how to do that however? Can I hell.

Is anyone able to give me some advice or help, please??

FYI, I only have access to the Web app, not the desktop app.
