Using large CSV file as lookup table

Post Body

Hi all,

I am working on a flow that will utilise a large CSV file of employee details to populate SP list entries with missing data that is not known by users who are submitting the requests, e.g. Employee Numbers, Cost Centres, department codes etc. I have followed the attached link and it has seemingly to my surprise worked, but I worry about the size of the CSV file and whether there's a more efficient way to do this.

The CSV file itself has 10,000 rows and although the apply to each was able to complete it in 3mins ( I was surprised), in its current state this will trigger for every new request that gets sent through, which could be many per day once the entire process is up and running and launched company wide.

My question is, is there a way I can have the JSON run once each day when the email with new updated CSV comes through and then just call on that throughout the day as needed? Also, I know there's run limitations depending on your licence, but is there any risk of this within runs for actions?

Any questions, please ask! Thank you 😊
