help with a310 on xbox

So I have an Xbox series s and have done a few flights with the Airbus A310 however you need to double click on each key on the FMC to enter the digit you've selected this is rather frustrating and annoying as it takes a long time to enter information into the FMC. is there any work around or possible fixes?
