Good deadzone and sensitivity settings?

So I'm playing on Xbox with a controller and am having two issues: first, pitching and rolling is way too sensitive, I have to make millimeter adjustments to the left stick to not throw the plane into chaos, and second I cannot keep it level because it slowly rolls to the right all the time. I'm assuming this has to do with stick sensitivity and deadzone. Is anyone else having this issue and have found good settings to fix it?
