Weatherman AI will not shut up on the ATC radio

How do I shut this guy up? I take off and he immediately starts telling me the weather conditions, which is fine, but what isn't fine is that as soon as the transmission ends, it repeats. And then it keeps repeating. I've heard it 6 times in a row now and I can't stand it. Even if I change the ATC frequency, I still hear it. It's grating and annoying. Am I supposed to do something? I don't see any buttons to acknowledge the weather update.
Edit: it's the automated weather observation on the radio. HE WON'T SHUT UP! I CAN'T FLY LIKE THIS!
