On the MBP, when Edge is in full screen mode, if you graze the top of the screen, the Mac menu bar pushes all of Edge down, instead of floating over Edge.
Is there a way to fix this? It's annoying when you casually graze the top of the screen. It is the entire reason I continue to use Safari over Edge (Chrome has the same issue, so I'm assuming Chromium is part of the issue).
To reproduce:
- Open Edge on Mac.
- Go full screen.
- Push mouse pointer to the top of the screen.
- Watch jarring push down of Edge and web content loaded.
Do the same in Safari, then observe how smooth it it. The menu bar just floats over Safari and the content stays in place.
I know it's possible, as Jump Desktop in Full screen doesn't do this and Win10 in a Parallel's VM doesn't either.
Can it be done? I'd make Edge my daily driver if this ever happens. I tried to get in on the AMA, but I missed it.
