Site has suddenly been reported unsafe

I have a website which hosts documents that can be downloaded with a temporary S3 URL that expires after 15 minutes. The structure starts with https://s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/
Even going to that link directly will prevent you from loading it and say it is unsafe. Has there been any updates overnight that has caused this? I tried searching online but couldn't find any issues regarding S3 Microsoft Edge. This doesn't occur on other browsers
