4 Weeks Post Op Pain

Hi all, I’m officially 4 weeks post-op today (L5-S1) I’ve had complications from surgery. In fact, my incision is still open. I’m following up with the doctor and a wound care specialist so I’m okay on that front.

Today I was doing some dishes. 3 pans, a lid, 3-4 cups, some reusable straws… nothing crazy but I felt mid back pain guay only went away when I leaned forward. I feel this sometimes when I shower, dry off, change my bandage, lotion, and get dressed. Normally by the end my back feels stiff and I need to sit or lay down. The doctor says that’s my back healing.

Anyone have similar problems?
