One week post op - sciatic pain when logrolling into bed.
Post Body

Hello All ! Recently I had a discectomy at L4/L5 and a laminectomy there as well another discectomy at L5/S1.

In short - I had the disc for 7 years and lately it got extremely worse that I couldn’t walk anymore. We tried PT for a month I got a little better could walk but sooner than expected the pain was back and the only solution was the surgery.

My question to those who did the surgery. How long did it take you to stop feeling the sciatic pain ? After a week of surgery, I can do nerve flossing fine which was something impossible to do before. But log rolling into bed has been insanely painful no matter what I do and it’s worrying me. I get a deep sciatic pain all across my right leg when I log roll into bed.

If you have any questions about the surgery I’d love to answer.
