Anyone heal from a similar issue?
Post Body

I have some stomach issues that I’ve had some ups and downs with but recently had a down with again due to just struggling but I’m getting back into it. Has anyone had GERD and similar stomach issues they’ve healed from that can tell about their experience or anything to share with my plan mentioned below?

I have my organic fruit, vege, chicken & eggs in the fridge, going to get some digestive enzymes, potassium & magnesium supps (cos actually came up in blood test as very low) and a tailored probiotic. Probably an omega supp and some herbal supps to help with GERD like slippery elm and stuff.

Wondering how I should get my calories in when I’m not hungry and am feeling sick from eating and getting super full from one meal a day? I was going to soup and juice for a week or two with fasting and see how I go but I still don’t think that’ll be enough calories. Nuts and grains are super hard to digest and are very stabby.

Here’s the list of stuff upsetting me or painful to eat:

Gluten, dairy, soy, citrus, chocolate/cacao, caffeine, vinegar/acidic stuff, sugar, citrus, peppermint, chilli & pepper, nightshades; eggplants, potato, tomato, peppers, garlic etc, legumes, lentils & beans etc, oats, seeds, nuts, banana, celery (although I strain the pulp out to have as juice), pumpkin. I might even have to strain my carrots when I blend it for a juice because the pulp is so stabby.
